These Terms of Service (hereinafter "ToS") govern access to and use of the Repliq platform, published by qlip Sàrl, a company incorporated under Swiss law with registered office at Rue du Grand-Bureau 11, 1227 Les Acacias, Switzerland. Repliq is a B2B SaaS platform for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) that enables brands and agencies to measure, track, and optimize their visibility in responses generated by artificial intelligence models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok).
In these ToS, the following terms have the meanings indicated below:
Registration on the Platform implies full and unconditional acceptance of these ToS. Repliq reserves the right to modify the ToS at any time. Users will be notified by email of any substantial modification. Continued use of the Platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified ToS.
Access to the Platform requires creating an account using a professional email address. Authentication is performed via magic link (secure link sent by email). The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their email access and for all activities carried out under their account. Any unauthorized use must be reported immediately to hello@gorepliq.com.
The User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose and applicable laws. The following is strictly prohibited:
The Platform, its source code, algorithms, documentation, and design are the exclusive property of Repliq and are protected by Swiss and international intellectual property laws. The User retains ownership of their data (brand names, topics, etc.). Repliq has a limited license to use this data solely for the purpose of providing the service. Measurement data (AI model responses, visibility scores) are the property of Repliq. The User has a right of use of this data within the scope of their subscription.
Repliq strives to maintain the Platform accessible 24/7. However, access may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, updates, or in cases of force majeure. Repliq does not guarantee a specific availability rate and shall not be held liable for service interruptions.
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these ToS. By using the Platform, the User acknowledges having read this policy.
AI visibility measurements provided by Repliq are indicators based on the responses of artificial intelligence models at a given point in time. These results are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute strategic advice. Repliq shall not be held liable for: — Variations in results due to AI model updates — The interpretation or use of data by the User — Indirect damages, loss of revenue, or loss of data Repliq's total liability is limited to the amounts paid by the User over the preceding 12 months.
The User may terminate their account at any time from the Platform settings or by contacting hello@gorepliq.com. Repliq reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these ToS, without notice or compensation. Upon termination, the User's data is deleted within 30 days, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Repliq reserves the right to develop the Platform, add or remove features, without this giving rise to any compensation. Users will be informed of major changes affecting their use of the service.
These ToS are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these ToS shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the User's country of residence.
